CAN WE HAVE A CONSULTATION BEFORE I CHOOSE YOU AS A COUNSELOR?
Yes! Counseling is such an important journey. I want to be sure that I am a good fit for you. You get to decide if you want to work together. I offer a free 20 minute consultation for all potential clients.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Amber Foster, LCSW-S is currently in network with BCBS, United Health, Anthem, Optum, and Cigna. It is always best for you to contact your insurance company directly to find out if you have mental health coverage. As a courtesy I will verify your insurance prior to our first session. Please remember that you are responsible for payment of any services your insurance provider does not cover.
At this time Kristina Kirwin, LMSW does not accept insurance.
If we are not in network with your insurance provider we can provide you with documentation to request reimbursement. We cannot guarantee coverage.
DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS ON A SLIDING SCALE?
Yes, please reach out to me for more information about sliding scale rates.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We only accept credit card payments. Per policy at Infinite Hope Counseling, PLLC I keep a credit card on file for all clients.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE FIRST SESSION?
The first couple of sessions will be spent getting to know each other. I will take some time to get a detailed history from you and explore your current symptoms.
HOW LONG ARE COUNSELING SESSIONS?
Typical counseling sessions are 55-60 minutes. I also can offer 90 minute sessions for clients who are needing some extra time to process.
