CAN WE HAVE A CONSULTATION BEFORE I CHOOSE YOU AS A COUNSELOR?

Absolutely! Counseling is a vital journey. We all provide a complimentary phone consultation before setting up your first appointment. This is a chance for you to share what you'd like to focus on and for us to address any questions you might have. To schedule a consultation, please email info@infinitehopetx.org.

DO  YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Amber Foster, LCSW-S  and Kristina Kirwin LCSW PMH-C are currently in network with BCBS, United Health, Anthem, Optum, Aetna and Cigna. 

Alejandra Ramirez, LMSW can take Aetna and Cigna. 

 

It is always best for you to contact your insurance company directly to find out if you have mental health coverage.   As a courtesy I will verify your insurance prior to our first session.  Please remember that you are responsible for payment of any services your insurance provider does not cover. 

If we are not in network with your insurance provider we can provide you with documentation to request reimbursement. We cannot guarantee coverage.

DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS ON A SLIDING SCALE?

Yes, please reach out to us for more information about sliding scale rates.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept credit card payments.  Per policy at Infinite Hope Counseling, PLLC I keep a credit card on file for all clients.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE FIRST SESSION?

In your initial session, your therapist will discuss policies and confidentiality. Following that, will work together to review your history and identify the goals you wish to pursue on your healing journey. There is no pressure to share anything beyond what you feel comfortable with during this session. Feel free to ask any questions you may have throughout the process.

HOW LONG ARE COUNSELING SESSIONS?

Typical counseling sessions are 55-60 minutes. If you are needing longer or shorter sessions please discuss this with your therapist.
