She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and integrates somatic approaches in her work. Alejandra also draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed strategies gained through continuing education. She practices cultural humility and is committed to creating a compassionate, safe space for clients to process their experiences and foster healthier connections. Alejandra is bilingual in English and Spanish and values reducing stigma around mental health while empowering clients to take meaningful steps toward healing.
Alejandra offers free consultations and provides Telehealth services throughout the state of Texas.
